IM BACK FROM HEROES CAMP! [which was over 2 days ago actually (: ]
Camp this time round was kinda interesting! we had subway for our lunch on the second day! :DI HAVENT HAD COLD CUT TRIO FOR A LONGLONG TIME! man, i miss subway. not cold cut trio now, i miss some other sandwich, cant rmb the name.
during the last night of camp, i was super tired and yet i really thank god i stayed awake till 6am+ , slept to about 7.30am and then ate macdonalds breakfast till 8.15am.
i was supposed to meet jacq at 6 plus in the morning & both of us couldnt take it anymore, we concussed on the chair on stage!
but thats not the point anw.
God reminded me of a couple of things during camp and the thing that left the greatest mark on me so far was torchie's prophesy for me. he didnt even know who i was and what i did, and yet he was able to prophesy a picture of a stage, stars, and influence. things that were in line with what peter troung and a sister from another hope church prayed for me before. I think God's just really awesome, and yet many times i find myself failing to put him in the centre of whatever im doing. i really dont wanna exclude him from my life!

i feel so priviledged! i had lunch with the people from hope brisbane today!

the thing that im really reminded from her is being the idea of being 'sold out'.
lauranne's staying in high school ministry because she believes with full conviction that she's
'sold out for the youth'.
what is one thing i wanna be sold out for? i wanna be sold out for Jesus.
this is my life, im glad im living a life for jesus. this isnt just some religion thing. people often think that christianity's just another religion. but thats so wrong. the god i know is a god that readily offers unconditional love and relationship to me that i wont bother committing to if it wasn't because i've experience god for myself.
